Here's a cut file using George and Basic Shapes only. My daughter made this popular starfish cartoon character!

Helpful Hints:
The arms and legs need to be glued on seperately. ( I couldn't get them to attatch, if you have any luck please leave a comment!) The bottom of the tongue will need to be hand cut to match the contour of the mouth.
