Here's a cut file using George and Basic Shapes only. My daughter made this popular sponge cartoon character!

Helpful Hints:
Place the eyes underneath the nose and cheek cutouts. You will need to hand cut the bottom of the tongue to match the contour of the mouth. Back with black cardstock for a finishing touch!
